Crime Stoppers Fugitive of the Week: This week’s featured fugitive is Tabatha Luttrell. Luttrell is a 51-year-old white female, 5’4”, 180 lbs, with blonde hair and green eyes. She could also be wearing contacts.
Luttrell is wanted for a Parole Absconder warrant and two felony Probation Violation warrants with original charges of Fraud.
Luttrell was released from prison in 2010 and has avoided capture since then. The Missouri State Highway Patrol has partnered with Crime Stoppers and is asking for your help to bring this fugitive into custody. Luttrell was last seen in the areas of Dallas, Webster, and Hickory Counties and has been known to move around and use other names to avoid law enforcement contact.
