According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1990 Chevrolet Astro van driven by Paul T. Brown, 53, Marionville, began sliding on the wet roadway, traveled off the road, struck a culvert and embankment, then overturned several times.
Brown was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
