Hollister teen airlifted to Cox South, two others injured in crash on 65

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 12:14 p.m. Monday on  U. S. 65, a half mile north of Saddelbrooke.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Jeep Liberty driven by Mitchell J. Stafford, 18, Hollister, failed to yield and pulled into the path of a 2017 Jeep Cherokee driven by Jeremy J. Ennis, 33, Springfield. The Ennis vehicle struck the Stafford vehicle, causing it to overturn.










Stafford was airlifted to Cox South Hospital, Springfield, to be treated for serious injuries.

Ennis and a passenger in his vehicle, John R. Griffin, 37, Sedealia, sought their own treatment for minor injuries.
