According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Patrick D. Cummiskey, 28, Hollister, struck a rock bluff and overturned.
A passenger, Jordan L. Wilson, 29, Hollister, was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
