A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, Acting City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to allow the Bureau to reimburse the Springfield Fire Department for the cost of employee overtime stemming from Springfield Fire Department employees’ participation in a Bureau task force.

A special ordinance authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to accept the dedication of the public streets and easements to the City of Springfield, Missouri, as shown on the Preliminary Plat of “The Ridge at Ward Branch,” generally located at 4833 South Campbell Avenue, upon the applicant filing and recording a final plat that substantially conforms to the preliminary plat; and authorizing the City Clerk to sign the final plat upon compliance with the terms of this Ordinance.
