This week’s featured fugitive is Paula Cox. Cox has an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Cox’s warrant was issued on 11/22/16. Cox is a white female, 5’2”, approximately 160 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
