A Springfield man was killed in a one-vehicle accident 10:40 p.m. Sunday on U. S. 65 six miles north of Branson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2019 Nissan Frontier driven by Bobbie G. Sullivan, 66, Springfield, traveled off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
Sullivan was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:55 p.m.
The fatality was the 41st this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
