According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe driven by Judy A. Agee, 70, Ottumwa, Iowa, failed to yield at a flashing yellow light and pulled into the path of a 2018 Nissan Murano driven by Elizabeth A. Hilgers, 50, Kirbyville.
Agee and two passengers in her vehicle, Arlo L. Agee, 74, Ottumwa, and Vicki L. Agee, 74, Branson, were treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
Hilgers and three passengers in her vehicle, Joshua L. Rayburn, 20, David C. Downey, 29, and a 17-year-old boy, all of Kirbyville, were treated for minor injuries at Cox Branson.
