A Rogersville teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 11:30 p.m. Friday on U. S. 60 a half mile east of Springfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Natalie K, Rector, 18, Springfield, driving a 2013 Acura ILX, fell asleep, drove off the right side of the roadway and ran into a rock embankment.
Rector was treated for minor injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
