A federal grand jury indictment for a Seligman man was unsealed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
The indictment charges Jeffrey B. Stout, 37, Seligman, with possession of more than five grams of marijuana with intent to distribute and with illegally possessing a firearm on July 7.
Stout was already awaiting trial on similar charges in Barry County Circuit Court.
