Group opposes Springfield Public Schools $189 million bond issue
A group has formed to oppose Springfield Public Schools' $189 million bond issue, according to this report from Fox 5.
The group, Save R-12 School Facilities, says the bond issue will have a negative impact on neighborhoods.
