A Springfield teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8 p.m. today on Grand Street, a half mile west of Springfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Yamaha motorcycle driven by Dylan J. Lewis, 17, Springfield, drove off the roadway and struck a house.
Lewis was treated for moderate injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
