According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1999 Ford F-150 driven by Riley A. Deckard, 58, Seymour, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a propane tank and electric meter that were attached to a building.
Deckard was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
