A Shawnee, Kansas man was airlifted to Mercy Hospital, Springfield, after nearly drowning at Table Rock Lake today.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Gary D. Vernon, 51, Shawnee, was found face down in the water two miles southeast of Kimberling City at 11:35 a.m.
