Police: New information surfaces on assault at 2022 football game at White Park in Aurora

On 03-26-2022, a serious assault occurred at White Park in Aurora during a football game between the Missouri Monarchs and the Queen City Asylum.

 
During the game, a spectator was struck in the head with a football helmet by another spectator, causing serious physical injury. AMPD is conducting a follow-up investigation into this incident as new information has surfaced.
