According to the Highway Patrol report, Misty R. Atchley, 17, Galena, driving a 2005 Jeep Liberty, was fleeing from law enforcement when she ran off the right side of the roadway, the vehicle overturned and she was ejected.
Atchley was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
