(From the Springfield Police Department)On Sunday afternoon, officers responded to a robbery in the parking lot at Battlefield Mall.
The suspects demanded property from the victims. As the victims fled in their vehicle, shots were fired. When officers arrived, the suspects fled on foot but two were detained by officers.
The two juvenile suspects were transported to the Greene County Juvenile Office. No one was injured.
