According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Ford F-350 driven by Ezekiel A. Kuehn, 32, Fair Grove, left the roadway and struck a tree.
Kuehn was pronounced dead at the scene by Greene County Deputy Coroner Noah Cross at 11:51 p.m.
The fatality was the 72nd this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
