According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Dodge Caravan driven by Terri L. Folz, 42, Republic, ran off the roadway and struck a guardrail.
Folz was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.

Republic woman seriously injured in crash near Battlefield
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Dodge Caravan driven by Terri L. Folz, 42, Republic, ran off the roadway and struck a guardrail.
