The Springfield Police Department will host a promotion ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, at the Springfield Regional Police and Fire Training Center, 2620 W. Battlefield.
Corporal Jason Friend will be promoted to sergeant.
Corporal Chris Snipes will be promoted to sergeant.
Officer Charles Alexander will be promoted to sergeant.
Officer Tony D'Andrea will be promoted to sergeant.
Officer Clint Collier will be promoted to corporal.
Officer Shawn McClure will be promoted to corporal.
Officer Daniel Rowles will be promoted to corporal.
Sergeant promotions took effect on Oct. 29, and they will transfer to their new assignments on Nov. 12. Corporal promotions and transfers will take effect on Nov. 12.
Media and the public are welcome to attend.
