City Utilities water department will close the outside northbound lane of National Avenue between Page Street and Madison Street beginning 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 13 through 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16 for the installation of a new water main.
Madison Street will also be closed west of McCann Avenue.
