The Springfield Police Department is investigating a report of a missing person and is asking for the public’s assistance. Steven A. Anderson, 50, was last seen on the morning of Nov. 8 by family members. Family has since lost all contact with Anderson, and the limited known circumstances surrounding his disappearance are suspicious.
He is 5 feet 11 inches, weighs 170 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be driving a gray 2013 Ford Fusion with Missouri license plates, CK1V7H. The investigation has also led police to believe that Mt. Vernon, Missouri, was possibly his last known location.
Anyone with information regarding Anderson’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
