According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Sea Doo driven by Austin W. O'Hara, 17, Republic, jumped the wake of another vessel and became airborne, ejecting O'Hara, who then was struck by the vessel.
O'Hara was airlifted to Cox South Hospital with serious injuries.
