Backing vehicle hits, kills two-year-old Aurora boy


A two-year-old Aurora boy was killed in an accident 12:30 p.m. Friday on private property two miles north of Aurora.

According to the Highway Patrol report, Dustin C. Miller, 31, Aurora, was backing a 2000 Ford F-250 and struck the child.








Lawrence County Coroner Scott Lakin pronounced the boy dead at the scene.

The fatality was the 97th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
