A Springfield man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a two-vehicle accident 9:25 p.m. Sunday on Farm Road 132, four-tenths of a mile east of Springfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 GMC Sierra driven by Martin R. Storie, 23, Springfield, crossed the center line and struck a 2007 Pontiac G6 driven by Sierra D. Irvine, 22, Springfield.
Irvine was treated for minor injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
Storie was also cited for careless and imprudent driving and no proof of insurance.
