A Reeds Spring man was injured in a two-vehicle collision 9:46 a.m. today on MO 13 southbound, north of MO 86.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Ford F250 driven by Dennis M. Merath, 66, Reeds Spring, was stopped in a construction zone for a flagman when a 1998 Ford Expedition driven by Brenda K. Pearson, 30, Roland, Oklahoma, failed to stop and struck the Merath vehicle in the rear.
Merath was treated for serious conditions and Pearson for moderate injuries at Cox Branson Hospital.
