(From the Cedar County Sheriff's Office)An investigation conducted by members of the Community Narcotic Enforcement Team (CNET) has resulted in two arrests and the seizure of illegal drugs, cash and related paraphernalia.
On Friday, July 7th, 2023 members of CNET, including the Cedar County Sheriff, Cedar County Deputies and Nevada Police Dept. served a search warrant at the residence of William D. Frank at 4005 S 651 Road in Cedar County. Approximately 1.5 ounces of suspected methamphetamine, cash and illegal drug items were seized.
William D. Frank, 61 and Dayton Moss, 19 were arrested. Frank has been charged with Felony Delivery of controlled substance, he is in Cedar co jail on $35,000 bond. Moss has been charged with Felony possession of Controlled substance and is being held on $20,000 bond. Pictured below. On left William Frank. On right, Daton Moss.
It should be remembered that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
