Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 6:30 p.m. Monday on MO 76, a quarter of a mile east of Branson West.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Felipe Perez-Alonzo, 21, Reeds Spring, driving westbound in the eastbound lane, struck a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage driven by Alfred C. Hopkins, 31, Merriam Woods head one.
Perez-Alonzo was flown to Mercy Springfield to be treated for serious injuries.
Hopkins was treated for serious injuries at Cox South, Springfield.
