Through the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Springfield Police Department is requesting the AMBER Alert process be activated for Rosalee Clark.
Video surveillance from the apartment complex shows a girl on the back of an adult male who was wearing tan pants and a white t-shirt, and they were walking toward the northeast.
It is not confirmed at this time that Rosalee is the female seen in the video. The activity seen was recorded close to the time that Rosalee went missing.

4:10 a.m. -- The Springfield Police Department is investigating a report of a missing and endangered child and is asking for the public’s assistance. Rosalee Clark, 8, was last seen in an apartment unit at 2336 N. Bolivar Rd. at approximately 12:41 a.m.
Clark is 4 feet 4 inches tall, weighs approximately 75 pounds and has light brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing gray pants, a red polo shirt and black sandals.
Anyone with information regarding Clark's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
