A Republic man was killed in a one-vehicle accident 11:15 a.m. today on MO 39 four miles north of Miller.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Justin B. Warnow, 34, Republic, traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a utility pole and overturned.
Lawrence County Coroner Scott Lakin pronounced Warnow dead at the scene.
The fatality was the 69th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
