A Pierce City man was killed in a two-vehicle collision 8:57 p.m. Friday on Highway B five miles west of Purdy.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a Suzuki motorcycle driven by Austin Breazzeal, 19, Pierce City, struck the rear of a 2004 Ford F-150 driven by Bryce J. Morris, 73, Shell Knob.
Barry County Coroner Gary Swearingen pronounced Breazzeal dead at the scene at 10:05 p.m.
The fatality was the 135th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
