(From the Springfield Police Department)Officers responded to a robbery at Best Buy on Saturday afternoon.
William Shafer, 34, stole merchandise and threatened to shoot employees when he was stopped before fleeing in a vehicle.
A short time later, officers located the suspect vehicle. With information from the investigation, officers then located Shafer in the 1800 block of S. Glenstone.
Shafer was arrested and booked into the Greene County Jail for robbery and stealing.
