A Purdy woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision 12:17 p.m. Monday on MO 37, a half mile south of Butterfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Mitsubishi Raider driven by Phillip A. Richardson, 60, Cape Fair, turned into the path of a 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Kaylee M. Tichenor, 20, Purdy.
Ticher was airlifted to Cox South Hospital, Springfield, to be treated for serious injuries.
