A Bolivar teen was killed in a one-vehicle accident 6 p.m. Monday on East 540th Road two miles west of Pleasant Hope.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2022 Honda CRF125F driven by a 15-year-old Bolivar boy went out of control on a rutted roadway and overturned with the boy falling off.
The boy was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:47 p.m.
The fatality was the 27th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
