(From the Greene County Sheriff's Office)Greene County has 930 registered sex offenders living inside Greene County. Out of 930 total registered sex offenders, 443 registered sex offenders fall under the RSMO 589.426: Missouri State Halloween Compliance Statute.
Greene County Deputies checked on 415 registered sex offenders last night. Of those 415 sex offenders, 28 were NOT compliant with the Missouri State Halloween Compliance Statute.
Charges will be presented to the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for the violations.
