Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 11:18 p.m. Friday on Sisco Lane, one mile west of Shell Knob.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a Yamaha ATV driven by Kenneth J. Baker, 61, Shell Knob, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Baker was airlifted to Mercy Springfield with serious injuries.
A passenger, a 14-year-old Shell Knob boy, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Cassville.
