A Branson West man was killed in a one-vehicle accident 8:35 p.m. Monday on Silvercliff Way, two miles southeast of Branson West.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Yamaha Quie Teck Drive 2 golf cart driven by William A. Hunt, 78, Branson West, overturned while trying to make a right turn.
Dr. Jones at Mercy Hospital pronounced Hunt dead at 8:51 p.m.
The fatality was the fifth of the month and 71st of the year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
