A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into an addendum to the annual agreement with the Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc., to increase the total contract budget by $70,295 to $3,527,670 to reflect current and projected operational changes; and amending the budget of the City’s tourism and convention fund for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 in the amount of $70,295.

A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a Cost Apportionment Agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission and Greene County, to share costs associated with the Route 65 Outer Road relocation; and amending the 2016-2017 Fiscal Year budget for the Department of Public Works in the amount of $606,330 to appropriate Federal Surface Transportation Program funds for this project.
