A Springfield woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2 a.m. today on U. S. 54, .25 miles east of El Dorado Springs.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Kenworth tractor-trailer driven by Deborah L. Briones, 39, Springfield, ran off the roadway, struck a fence and several trees.
Briones was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
