Springfield woman cited for boating while intoxicated after passenger thrown from boat, injured

A Springfield woman was cited for boating while intoxicated following an injury accident 4:45 p.m. Sunday on Table Rock Lake.

According to the Highway Patrol report, Brandy L. Blankenship, 41, Springfield, driving a 2006 Kawasaki personal watercraft picked up speed and a passenger, Lisa M. Henderson, 58, Springfield, was thrown out of the boat.

Henderson was treated for moderate injuries at Cox Branson.

Blankenship was also cited for having an expired registration.
