Purdy man seriously injured in motorcycle accident near Exeter

A Purdy man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 3:05 p.m. today on Farm Road 1090, three miles east of Exeter.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Yamaha R6 motorcycle driven by Corey J. Kelley, 25, Purdy, hit a rough patch in the roadway, skidded, left the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned, ejecting Kelley.

Kelley was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas.
