Highway Patrol DWI Arrests April 4-5

The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested the following people for driving while intoxicated:

Nicole J. Manuel, 23, Goodman
Kevin W. Clonce, 43, Hollister
Robert W. Files, 37, Kirbyville
