A Springfield woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8 p.m. Sunday on U. S. 60 in Fordland.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Ford Focus driven by Dawn M. McCracken, 45, Springfield, failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the roadway and struck an embankment.
McCracken was treated for minor injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
